Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Chef's Choice Catering Supplies, all orders are final, and we do not offer refunds. Please ensure your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Damaged Goods Replacement

We take great care to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the damaged goods at no additional cost.

To report a damaged item, please provide:

  1. A detailed description of the damage
  2. Photos of the damaged item
  3. Your order number

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will replace it as described in the "Damaged Goods Replacement" section above.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our general policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
